In our two years of existence, we have build a solid client portfolio in website designing which includes a range of elements like planning, creation and updating of portals. A website design involves the information architecture, the core structure, user interface, navigation ergonomics, layout, colors, fonts and imagery (photography) as well as icons design.
A website will attract traffic only if it has all the above function elements. Often, the meaning of 'design' is generally understood in a visual connotation. In reality, website design includes more behind-the-scene elements such as usability, ergonomics, layout traditions, user habits, navigation logic and other things that simplify the using of websites and help to find information faster.
Sometimes the technical side of website design is emphasized in the definition of design. However, in this digital age, a website building involves server side scripting like PHP (hypertext preprocessor), ASP (active server page) and CGI (common gateway interface) and the visual enhancement is done through html (hypertext markup language) and CSS (cascading style sheets), user experience is dealt with dynamic JavaScript and Ajax (asynchronous JavaScript and XML).
However, instead of just talking only about technical features of a website, we engage the potential clients with issues like content management system and visual features for web enhancement and make in front ranking site in good searches.
In general terms, design means the visual appearance of a website. Traditional approach involves contrast, coloring, balance, emphasis, rhythm, style of graphical elements (lines, shapes, texture, color and direction), and use of icons, background textures and general atmosphere of overall website design. All these elements are combined with the fundamental principles of design in order to create a good result that meets the goals set for the website.
